Thomas Martin

Owner/CEO

Born and raised in San Diego, Tom has been involved in kitchen design and remodeling for over 20 years. Not only is he a designer, but Tom is also a licensed contractor. While he has the knowledge, skill, and ability to design a home's entire interior, Tom has truly found his passion in creating custom beautiful yet functional kitchen and bathroom designs.

Customer service is key in the remodeling business and is not something we lack at Superior Kitchen & Bath. Tom is gifted in working with customers to identify their needs and achieve desired results. He has designed hundreds of beautiful custom kitchens and baths throughout El Cajon and the surrounding areas and would love the chance to create one personalized just for you.

Renee Martin

Owner/CFO

Renee was born and raised in a small town in Texas. She then attended Southwest Texas State University (now known as Texas State University) and graduated with a degree in business and a concentration in marketing and advertising. In 1987, Renee moved with Tom to San Diego, where she worked for multiple advertising companies before becoming a stay-at-home mom.

Eventually, Renee joined the Superior Kitchen & Bath management team as the CFO. She oversees the company's daily workings while also going back to her marketing and advertising roots. Renee's detail-oriented approach has helped the business in many ways and has granted it the status of being woman-owned in addition to being family and locally owned.
