Our “PROCESS” Sets Us Apart From Other Kitchen & Bathroom Remodelers in San Diego County

Superior Kitchen & Bath prides itself on delivering a product that is completely customized to the needs and wants of all of our customers. Whether your project consists of a kitchen or bathroom, our process from start to finish does not change. Here's how we do it...

Step 1: In-home Consultation

The first meeting we have with a prospective customer is at the home. The goal of this appointment is to come up with the scope of work for the project. It is important for us to find out the needs and wants of each customer so we can come up with a design that will perfectly fit their lifestyle. During this appointment we will take measurements, pictures and the necessary notes needed to begin designing the project.

Step 2: In-office Design Viewing

Following our initial in-home consultation, we will begin working on the design of the project. The prospective customer will then be invited into our office and will be presented with their design and comprehensive description of work detailing each phase of the project (plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, etc.). The design for the project is done on a 3-D CAD program that allows us to show the design from multiple angles in order to help our customers visualize their new kitchen or bathroom. All of our cabinets are custom built which provides a unique design for your space.

Step 3: Deposit Payment &
List of References

3. These first two appointments are completely free! Our prospective customers will then have a design, description of work and price before making their final decision. Once a prospective customer decides to move forward with the project, a $1,000 deposit is required. At this time we are also happy to offer a reference list of current and past customers upon request.

Step 4: Preconstruction Job Walk

After we have received a deposit, we will start putting the wheels in motion in planning your project. Our superintendent, project manager, draftsman and other trades will meet at the job site to discuss the details of the project. The project manager will also schedule an in office appointment to go over the choices that need to be made. If needed, our interior designer will also set up appointments with you to shop for counter tops, tile, flooring, paint colors, and cabinet color.

Step 5: Construction Schedule

We will then provide you with a start and end date of the project that will be written into the contract. Once the project is started, the customer will be given a tentative schedule as to how the project will progress. Our project superintendent & project manager will communicate with you throughout the duration of the project to answer any questions.

Step 6: Project Completion

Prior to completion, our project superintendent will walk through the job with the customer to create a punch list. Once the punch list items have been addressed, the superintendent will meet with the customer to make sure every item has been completed before the remainder of the balance on the project is due.
